We offer different delivery options so you can receive your order conveniently and safely.

In-store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge at our showroom:

Availability times

• In-stock items: ready for pickup within 2 to 3 business days.
• Personalised items (embroidery and bed linen): ready within 5 to 21 business days.

Important: If an item is out of stock, availability times may be longer than stated. We will do our best to restock as quickly as possible.

Cost: Free.

Home delivery

Orders are shipped with the following carriers:

• CTT – mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira and Spain.
• UPS – all other international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the destination country.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges set by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Once payment is confirmed, we will start preparing your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by:

• CTT: WhatsApp or email.
• UPS: email.
